Wrecksite EU On the 17th November 1916 she most probably struck a mine and sank in the North Sea South East of Montrose laid by German submarine UC-29 (Ernst Rosenow) when on route from Methil to Scapa Flow carrying a cargo of coal in service as an Admiralty collier.
