Shows in the register to have "Res'd 31.12.16". This seems to be a natural loss as he is in arrears from the start of the war. It is possible the Lodge allowed this to be a resignation rather than showing an exclusion.

Kingaroy is in Queensland, so the question of his burial in Southend, Essex should be questioned.
