M2/018984 Army Service Corps, 611 M.T. Coy. attd. XVII Corps H.A.? He died at 8th Casualty Clearing Station, Belgium on the 10th April 1918, the circumstances of which are not clear from the Soldier's Effects Ledger.
For his service he was awarded the British War Medal and the Victory Medal.
