There are over 170 T. Jackson's listed on the CWGC, which when narrowed down to a casualty in 1915 gives 15, but none are a colour-sergeant. Only one is a listed as a rank higher but died in June. He could have joined the Army and worked his way up the ranks from as early as 1896.

Listed as a Colour Sergeant and based in Malta, aged 34 when initiated in 1914. "Killed in Action May 1915." It is doubtful he joined any other lodges in his short masonic career.
