Unity, Peace & Concord Lodge met under an ambulatory warrant and is long associated with the 2nd Battalion, the Royal Scots. Its contribution register is suspended for the entire duration of the war and picks up again in 1920. Although some soldiers are recorded, Edward has no annotations and is shown in arrears for the years 1920-21. It indicates that Edward's whereabouts are not known. It is probably why he is not included in the 1921 Book.
