Naval Campaign is defined as to include all sea operations where attrition rates are in ones and twos and which do not fall within specific naval battles such as Jutland, Coronel, Falklands etc. This includes Merchant Navy losses.
Detail :
There is an issue with Lieutenant Daniel Richardson, Captain of the Lady Cory-Wright and who died in 1918 being the subject of this legend. The principal reason is that the masonic record shows that he was killed in 1916. This requires further investigation to ensure that these details are correct.

"Killed March 1916," with an indecipherable addition "THEBO" or "TH2-20." In the 1921 book and the 1940 scroll, Daniel is listed as a Lieutenant.
