Listed as a 23 year old Engineer, resident at Hong Kong when initiated into Zetland Lodge No. 525. "Called off" 30th June, 1900. He then becomes a joining member of Lodge St. John's No. 486, Calcutta, again listed as an engineer. He resigned from the lode 31st October, 1902. Nearly ten years later he becomes a joining member of Lodge of Harmony, Garston 22nd May, 1912. Listed as a Marine Engineer resident at Barry Dock. "Died March 1917."
