2nd Wessex Field Ambulance; Staff Serjeant Ernest Sydney Hawken Caple to be Quartermaster, with the honorary rank of Lieutenant. Dated 18th May, 1915.
Died 19th July, 1982. Buried 23rd July, 1982 at Shropham, England.
