The 1921 book shows that Henry was a member of Willem van Oranje Lodge. This lodges records at United Grand Lodge does not show his name, which is unsurprising as his date of death precedes the Lodge's consecration. Perhaps the reason for his inclusion was that he was one of the original petitioners.
If he is a past master, then it must have been another Lodge. The results of a search are too tentative yet to suggest a positive match.
