Although Robert Benedict Driscoll can be found in the registers of United Grand Lodge, having been initiated and passed, tying other details is more difficult. In the registers it shows "Died 1917" but no entry can be found for him in CWGC. He is a "San Inspector" in the Lodge of the Royal Army Medical Corps. The London Gazette confirms it but the date of his commission is being the stated death. The only Robert Benedict Driscoll to be found, seems to have survived until 1957.
