Lost two sons in the Second World War, both of whom were Old Dovorians.
Patrick Ian Watson-Parker born 18 January 1918. Priory 1931 – 1934. Rugby and Running teams. Junior Victor Ludorem. Sergeant Pilot on RAFVR. Killed on active service 13 July 1940 during the Battle of Britain.
Derek Paul Watson-Parker born 17 September 1919. Priory 1933- 1936. Scholar. House prefect. Shooting VIII. Sergeant Pilot on RAFVR. Killed on active service 31st January 1940.
