Early Life :
Born Hornsey, 1886, to Frederick and Catherine Colliver.Educated at Dover College. School House 1899 – 1903. Played hockey for France in 1904. Married 1910 and was resident at "Chaulder", Boxmoor, Hertfordshire, moving to "Rolleston", Essex Road, Watford.
Member of the Stock Exchange from at least 1908 to at least 1923. In 1908 he was a Clerk acting for Mrssrs. Cobham Collivers & Company, banking with the London Joint Stock Bank and by 1911, was listed and working as a Dealer.
