Probate record: COLLCUTT, Philip Martin Blake of West Lodge, Totteridge, Hertfordshire. Lieutenant, East Yorkshire Regiment. Died 12 May 1917 in France, killed in action. Administration London 25 September to Thomas Edward Collcutt, architect. Effects £128 13s 4d.

Petitioner and Founder of Negri Sembilan, at Seremban on 6th January 1912. Joined Klang Lodge No 3369 on 5th August 1910. He was excluded from Klang on 31st December 1915 under Rule 175, but he was more than likely on war service at this time. Prior to this, and the lodge of initiation was Lodge Moyle No. 2904, but he resigned 31st March 1909.
